Gather at the airport and depart for the capital of Thailand via an intermediate station.

2Day: Bangkok (Chinatown and CHURCH WITH GOLD Buddha)

Arrival and transfer to hotel , arranging rooms . Relaxation and afternoon optional excursion to CHINA TOWN Bangkok , Chinese district with beautiful shops and classic lanterns and temple WAT TRAIMIT officially called Phra Phuttha Maha Suwana Patimakon where to stay speechless with gold Buddha height 3 measures and weight 5,5 tons (5.500 pounds) . 3day: Bangkok (Grand Palace Grand Place - Church of the Lying Buddha Wat Pho - Temple of Dawn)

Free time for the first exploratory walk or rest. There will be a proposal by our leader for an optional excursion depending on the time you have at your disposal. Overnight.

6Day: Phuket (Half-day excursion to the island - optional for the evening FANTASEA SHOW)

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant and departure for Round Island Half Day. We will visit the Kata View point, Cape Prompthep , the ancient temple of Chalong, the cashew factory and the old town (phuket town). Back at the hotel. For the night we recommend one of the best night sights of the island, the "Phuket Fantasea Show"- a three-hour spectacle inspired by the culture and history of Thailand. For you today recommend the day trip to Bay To Pang & the island of James Bond: detail the optional excursion :head 75 kilometers northeast of Phuket, the magnificent Bay of Pang Be considered one of the most beautiful resorts in the country. 10Day: Phuket - Athens

Breakfast and free day for a swim or your last shopping .Check out in 12:00. Transfer to the airport for the return flight.

Η Μπανγκόκ είναι η πρωτεύουσα της Ταϊλάνδης και μεγαλύτερη πόλη στην αριστερή όχθη του ποταμού Μενάμ, στις εκβολές του στον κόλπο του Σιάμ. Έχει πληθυσμό 6.355.144 κατοίκους.

Πολλές διώρυγες και παραπόταμοι διασχίζουν την πόλη και τη χωρίζουν σε μικρά νησιά, γι’ αυτό την ονόμασαν και «Βενετία της Ανατολής». Κατά μήκος της όχθης υπάρχει ολόκληρη πλωτή πόλη από πλοιάρια και σχεδίες που χρησιμοποιούν οι κάτοικοι.

Το παλιό τμήμα της πόλης είναι πυκνοκατοικημένο με στενά δρομάκια και διώρυγες ενώ το νέο έχει σύγχρονα κτίρια, μεγάλους δρόμους και πάρκα.

Τα ανάκτορα της Μπανγκόκ είναι χαρακτηριστικό δείγμα Σιαμέζικης αρχιτεκτονικής. Περίφημος ο ναός του σμαραγδένιου Βούδα ή Βατ Πρα Καεό μαζί με το μεγάλο παλάτι. Ονομαστή είναι και η παγόδα Βατ Αρούν που έχει πύργο ύψους 75 μ, όπως επίσης και ο ναός του ξαπλωμένου Βούδα γνωστός ως Βατ Πο.

Ταϊλάνδη. Το Βασίλειό της είναι η μόνη χώρα της Νοτιοανατολικής Ασίας που δεν γνώρισε ποτέ τον αποικιοκρατικό ζυγό, αλλά ούτε τους

εμφυλίους πολέμους και τις φυλετικές διαμάχες, που κατά καιρούς έπληξαν τις άλλες χώρες της περιοχής.

Αυτό το επίτευγμα γιορτάζεται και στο όνομά της: Ταϊλάνδη η Prathet Thai, που σημαίνει «η χώρα των ελευθέρων».

Η φράση που την χαρακτηρίζει όμως περισσότερο, είναι το παρωνύμιο «χώρα των χαμόγελων». Οι επισκέπτες στην Ταϊλάνδη εντυπωσιάζονται από τα χαμόγελα που κυριαρχούν παντού.

Οτιδήποτε γίνεται εδώ, ακόμα και η πιο κοπιαστική δουλειά πρέπει να περιέχει λίγη δόση “σανούκ” (κεφιού).

Συνορεύει με το Λάος και την Καμπότζη στα ανατολικά, τον κόλπο της Ταϊλάνδης και τη Μαλαισία στα νότια, τη θάλασσα Άνταμαν και τη Βιρμανία στα δυτικά.

Η Ταϊλάνδη είναι επίσης γνωστή ως Σιάμ, όπως ήταν το επίσημο όνομα της χώρας μέχρι το 1949.

Η εθνική εορτή είναι τα γενέθλια της αυτού μεγαλειότητας του Βασιλέως, στις 5 Δεκεμβρίου.

Ιστορία

Η προέλευση της Ταϊλάνδης είναι παραδοσιακά συνδεδεμένη με το βασίλειο Σουκοτάϊ που ιδρύθηκε το 1238. Στα μέσα του 14ου αιώνα, το βασίλειο Σουκοτάϊ δίνει τη σκυτάλη στο ακόμα μεγαλύτερο βασίλειο της Αγιουτάγια.

Η ονομασία Σιάμ παρέμεινε μέχρι τις 11 Μαΐου 1949, όπου και μετονομάστηκε σε Ταϊλάνδη.

Ο Ταϋλανδικός πολιτισμός επηρεάστηκε κυρίως από τον Κινέζικο, αλλά και από την Ινδικό πολιτισμό. Η επαφή με τις διάφορες ευρωπαϊκές δυνάμεις άρχισε στο 16ο αιώνα, αλλά παρά τη συνεχή πίεση, η Ταϊλάνδη είναι η μοναδική νοτιοανατολική ασιατική χώρα που δεν κατακτήθηκε από κάποια Ευρωπαϊκή δύναμη.

Ο επισκέπτης σήμερα θα συναντήσει, ένα αρχαίο πολιτισμό, απέναντι σε ένα δυναμικό παρών.
