Koh Chang
The name Koh Chang means "elephant island" and, actually, if you want to see from close the largest land mammal in the world, here you are going. You can even swim with them at the Ban Kwan Chang, a shelter elephants proposed to visit. The island is a huge tourist boom in recent years, so new hotels and restaurants abound.
